To further strengthen school enterprise cooperation, deepen the integration of industry and academia, and enhance the training of professional and technical talents. On April 9th, more than 80 teachers and students from Henan University of Technology visited our company for learning.
Li Bin, the representative of the company’s technical department, warmly welcomed the students with a speech. Firstly, the students arrived at the company conference room to watch the corporate promotional video and gain a detailed understanding of the development history, product situation, corporate culture, and core values of Henan Huatai Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. Subsequently, we visited the company’s production workshop and had a close-up experience of the boiler production and processing scene, understanding the situation of boiler components. Everyone looked focused and listened attentively.
Subsequently, the relevant person in charge led the students to visit the main production areas of the company and understand the process level of each machine. The “explanation+on-site visit” mode allowed everyone to understand the management level and equipment technology of Henan Huatai Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd.’s production site.
During the visit, advanced membrane wall production lines, automatic production lines for threaded smoke pipes, and their unique production processes were introduced to the students one by one. With the clear and vivid lectures and professional answers from the person in charge, the students expressed that what is learned on paper is always shallow. This on-site visit allowed them to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the boiler factory, and to have a further understanding of the working principles and functions of the equipment.
Through this visit and learning experience, students not only strengthened their understanding of the importance of combining theoretical knowledge with practical work, but also enhanced communication and exchange between the college and enterprises. At the same time, students also felt the company’s corporate culture and management, and gained a more intuitive and profound understanding of Henan Huatai Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd., laying a good foundation for talent transfer between schools and enterprises in the future. I hope to build employment platforms for graduates through school enterprise cooperation, broaden internship and employment channels, reserve high-quality talents for the company’s development, and improve students’ adaptability to internships and employment.
