 Introduction

DZL Series Chain Grate Stoker Boiler is a packaged type firetube boiler with a single-drum longitudinal arrangement, designed for coal or biomass combustion. The combustion system employs a chain grate stoker. The drum interior is equipped with single-pass helical flue tubes, while the furnace is flanked by bare-tube water-cooled walls on both sides. A portion of the riser tubes extends upward to form the furnace crown. The drum base is lined with refractory brickwork to shield it from direct high-temperature flame radiation.

Symmetrical convection flues are positioned beneath both sides of the drum. A proprietary configuration integrates water wall curved tubes mounted at 750mm from the drum centerline. This innovation eliminates weld seam cracking caused by thermal expansion mismatch between the drum and headers.

 Advantages

1.The installation of double-wing flue ducts allows flue gas to smoothly enter the front smoke box, ensuring uniform temperature on the front tube sheet and avoiding tube sheet cracks caused by thermal stress.  

2.The arch design incorporates the latest research results from the "Second Prize of the National Scientific and Technological Progress Award" by Xi'an Jiaotong University. The rear arch is low and long, with an inverted inclined exit section, while the front arch has a 45° inclination angle that echoes the rear arch, forming a distinct inverted "α" flame. This design is conducive to the combustion of low-quality coal and demonstrates strong adaptability to different coal types.  

3.Independent adjustable air chambers are installed beneath the grate, with air intake from both sides. A new crank-arm screw air adjustment structure is adopted, achieving a 100% air distribution cross-sectional ratio. This allows for flexible adjustment and uniform air distribution.  

4.A push-pull gate ash cleaning device is designed, with the gate featuring a finely machined sealing structure made of heat-resistant cast iron. This effectively prevents deformation from secondary combustion and air leakage in the grate.
