The corner tube biomass boiler comprises a boiler body, a feeding device, and an ash removal device connected to the furnace chamber. The boiler body incorporates a grate within the furnace and flue gas passages. The furnace features a fully membrane water-cooled wall structure, with multiple downcomers and a lower water wall header providing internal structural support. The downcomers are positioned above the lower water wall header, which is anchored to the boiler's steel framework. A fixed anchor point is established at the base of one downcomer, while sliding support points are implemented at the bases of the remaining downcomers. These sliding connections interface with the lower water wall header through guidance devices, engineered to accommodate transverse displacement during thermal expansion of the boiler system.
