Recently, Huatai Co., Ltd. successfully shipped the heat exchanger equipment manufactured for a well-known energy group. Passed on-site inspection by the customer, with zero quality issues and received high praise.
The heat exchanger equipment of this energy project is made of 304 stainless steel and requires multiple processes such as cutting, rounding, welding, tube expansion, dimension inspection, and pressure testing. This project has a tight deadline and the customer has very high requirements. The project team continuously improved the production plan, debugged the equipment, and used automatic welding for the welding of the tube plate and heat exchange tube. They increased the number of operators, strictly followed the process flow, and ensured product quality. With the careful guidance of the customer’s quality manager, after several months of continuous efforts, the equipment was delivered smoothly without any quality problem feedback.
This project is an energy heat exchanger project undertaken by Huatai.
