At the boiler installation site, I witnessed firsthand how the design drawings were transformed into real devices, and mastered the specific processes such as pipeline welding and equipment hoisting. The meticulous work attitude and precise control of process parameters of the masters deeply touched me. I deeply realize that solid professional knowledge, efficient team cooperation, and strict operating standards are the guarantees for the smooth progress of the project. This experience not only strengthened my professional skills, but also enabled me to transition from a student to a professional, injecting strong motivation into my career development.

In the project internship, I had the first complete view of a fluidized bed boiler. By comparing the drawings with the actual site conditions, I was able to correspond the components such as the header, downcomer, bubble, membrane wall, etc., clarifying the installation positions and connection methods of each component. I also gained a deep understanding of its functions and the installation process of the boiler. This internship has allowed me to truly appreciate the weight of practical experience and realize that there is still a lot for me to learn. I will continue to learn and steadily improve my professional skills in the future.

During my internship in the safety production position, I gradually gained an understanding of some industry standards. Through on-site learning, I have come to a deeper understanding of the importance of safety. Only by ensuring that all aspects of the project’s safety regulations are thoroughly implemented can we accelerate and improve the progress of the project. Carry out daily inspections, promptly identify potential safety hazards, and report them in a timely manner to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents. To do a good job in construction supervision and ensure that construction is carried out according to the process, as a safety officer, one must have a “heart of stone”. Letting go of hidden dangers is irresponsible to life.

During my internship in the Boiler Technology Department, my core task was to assist in organizing various technical drawings. This job allows me to gain a systematic insight into the complex composition and precise design of boiler systems. By classifying and verifying system diagrams and piping diagrams, I not only improved my professional drawing skills, but also deeply experienced the meticulousness and patience required for technical work in rigorous engineering specifications. During this period, I would also like to thank my mentor for his guidance, which enabled me to adapt to the work of the technical department more quickly. This experience was a process of concretizing theoretical knowledge from books, and it was a precious professional enlightenment that laid a solid foundation for my future career path.
