Recently, Henan Huatai Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. conducted an emergency rescue drill for mechanical injury accidents, simulating sudden safety accidents in daily production scenarios, sounding the alarm for safety production for all employees, and strengthening their safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
This drill simulated a sudden mechanical injury accident in which an employee accidentally scratched their leg due to the unstable fixation of the wooden board to be processed during the cutting operation. After the accident, frontline employees reacted quickly, reporting the danger to the team leader as soon as possible and implementing basic first aid measures such as compression hemostasis for the injured. The team leader immediately reported the situation to the department commander, and the emergency response mechanism was immediately activated.
The emergency rescue team responded quickly, bringing professional equipment such as medical kits to the scene as soon as possible, stopping bleeding and bandaging the injured, and stabilizing their emotions. At the same time, the security team quickly sealed off the accident area, set up a cordon, and ensured that the rescue passage was unobstructed. The entire drill process was tense and orderly, with clear division of labor and tacit cooperation among each group. From the occurrence of the accident to the transfer and treatment of the injured, the time was short, fully demonstrating efficient emergency response capabilities.
